For Yulia, dance has always been a way of life. Raised in a dance family, she took her first steps on the dance floor at just three years old.
After moving to the United States in 2008, she partnered with her father, Andrei, earning multiple U.S. National and World Championship titles during an outstanding Pro/Am career.
At just 16, Yulia turned professional in 2016, bringing her talent, determination, and love of performance to a new stage. Her achievements include becoming a National Professional Open American Smooth Bronze Medalist, Rising Star American Smooth Champion, and Open American Smooth finalist at World, Ohio Star Ball, Emerald Ball, and many other prestigious competitions.
A certified Fred Astaire Dance Studios® instructor in all levels of American Rhythm and American Smooth, Yulia combines competitive experience with a warm, encouraging approach to teaching.
She also graduated from RSW College in Fort Myers, majoring in business and earning an additional degree in art.
Yulia loves helping students discover what they’re capable of—whether that’s mastering their first dance steps or stepping confidently onto a competition floor. Her enthusiasm and welcoming personality make every lesson an opportunity to learn, grow, and celebrate progress.
