Georgii Ilinykh was born in Chelyabinsk, Russia, and began his Ballroom dancing journey at the age of five together with his twin sister. Early competition success fueled his passion, eventually leading him to choose dance as his profession. He studied at the Chelyabinsk State Institute of Culture and Arts, training in folk dance, ballet, art nouveau, and even staging his own ballet based on “The Great Gatsby.”
Driven by a desire to grow, explore the world, and open himself to new opportunities, Georgii and his wife decided to move to the United States.
For the past three years, he has been teaching in America—sharing his experience, shaping dancers of all levels, and continually expanding his own craft as a Ballroom professional.
Today, Georgii and his wife are based in Las Vegas—the greatest city in the world—where they proudly continue to share their passion, knowledge, and lifelong love for dance.
