Anna Tiuriumova – Dance Instructor

Anna Tiuriumova’s journey in dance began at the age of 6, when she first discovered her passion for ballet and hip-hop. As she continued to explore different styles, she developed a fascination for Latin dances and flamenco. At the age of 14, Anna joined a ballroom dance club and instantly knew that ballroom dancing was her true calling.

In her youth, Anna started competing locally in International Latin, and later expanded her repertoire to include both International Latin and Standard dances throughout Russia. Together with her partners, she achieved great success, winning prizes in domestic competitions and reaching the finals of regional competitions in ten dances. Additionally, they made it to the semi-finals of the prestigious Russian Championship in Latin.
Anna’s dedication to dance led her to pursue higher education in Moscow, Russia. During her time in college, she continued to refine her skills in ballroom, ballet, contemporary, and reggaeton. Her passion for teaching ignited as she began instructing children at a school in Moscow, where she trained students for solo and group performances in the annual talent show.
Later on, Anna became a part of Lovedance, a wedding dance company, where she spent three years teaching and choreographing memorable wedding dances for numerous couples. The joy she experienced while helping couples create unforgettable moments through dance was immeasurable.
In February 2023, Anna joined the Moon Valley Fred Astaire Dance Studio. Since then, she has actively participated in several Fred Astaire Regional and National competitions, including the highly anticipated FAWC in Las Vegas. Anna finds immense fulfillment in teaching group classes, inviting everyone to join her ballet class, and creating captivating choreography. She also cherishes opportunities to perform in showcases alongside her talented students.
