Jacob has started dancing at the age of 11 in Tbilisi, Georgia. After 2 weeks of dancing he won a regional competition. He is the winner of
multiple International Latin competitions in: Athens – Open World, Caucasus – Cup winner, five times Georgian National Champion, Bucharest, China, and Naples – International Championships. At the age of 16, out of the entire country of most distinguished dancers, he is the only one chosen in the casting of “Dancing With The Stars”. He’s been in seven seasons of this popular tv show. After 1 week of practicing with a new dance partner he placed 2nd in the USA National Latin Professional division. Jacob joined Fred Astaire Midtown in 2024 and he is looking forward to share his experience, knowledge and talent with his future students.
