🏆 August 7th–8th – New York Capital Dancesport Championships

Join us in cheering on Team Saratoga Springs as they compete at the New York Capital Dancesport Championships! We wish all of our students and professionals the best of luck as they represent our studio on the competition floor.

⭐ August 10th – Coaching Day with Loreta

Take your dancing to the next level with personalized coaching from special guest coach Loreta. Speak with your instructor to reserve your lesson time.

🇺🇦💙💛 August 21st @ 7:45 PM – Ukrainian Heritage Party

Celebrate Ukrainian culture with an unforgettable evening of dancing, music, delicious Ukrainian-inspired food, and community! Wear your favorite blue and yellow attire and enjoy a festive night featuring Ukrainian traditions, performances, and plenty of social dancing. Everyone is welcome!
Admission is $20 – all proceeds going directly to support Ukraine.

💜 Mondays at 7:00 PM – Social Foundation Classes

Each Monday features a different social dance designed to build confidence for weddings, parties, cruises, and everyday social dancing.

• August 4: Social Waltz
• August 11: Social Cha Cha
• August 18: Social Tango
• August 25: Social Rumba
• August 31: Social Foxtrot

These classes provide material from our Beginner and Social Foundation Programs and are perfect for dancers of all experience levels.

🎭 Tuesdays at 7:00 PM – “Colors” Group Show Rehearsals

Students participating in our “Colors” Group Showcase will continue rehearsals throughout the month as they prepare for upcoming performance on September 16th at “Crossgates Mall” in Albany.

🔥 Tuesdays at 7:45 PM – LaBlast® Ballroom-Based Fitness

Dance your way to better health with this energetic, partner-free fitness class inspired by ballroom dancing! Improve your cardio, coordination, strength, and flexibility while dancing to a variety of music styles. Perfect for all fitness levels.

Special LaBlast® packages are available at the studio.

❤️ Wednesdays at 7:00 PM – Bronze Tango

Discover the passion and precision of American Tango while developing strong posture, musicality, lead-and-follow skills, and elegant movement. This progressive Bronze-level class helps dancers build confidence and technique week after week.

💚 Thursdays at 6:15 PM – Bronze East Coast Swing

Learn one of the most fun and versatile social dances! This class focuses on rhythm, timing, connection, and exciting swing patterns that you can use at parties, weddings, and social events.
