All scheduled group classes run weekly unless otherwise noted. Please arrive a few minutes early to warm up and get settled.

Studio Closures & Holidays

🇺🇸 September 7th – Labor Day

The studio will be closed in observance of Labor Day. We wish everyone a safe and happy holiday!

⚠️ September 16th – Studio Closes After 4:00 PM

The studio will close after 4:00 PM on Wednesday, September 16th.

If the studio needs to close or change its schedule due to weather or special circumstances, updates will be communicated as soon as possible. Please check our website calendar, as well as our Instagram and Facebook pages for the most current announcements.

💜 Mondays at 7:00 PM – Social Dance Classes

Each Monday features a different social dance designed to help you build confidence and have fun on the dance floor. These classes are great for weddings, parties, cruises, social events, and everyday dancing!

• September 14: Social East Coast Swing
• September 21: Social Waltz
• September 28: Social Cha Cha

These classes include material from our Beginner and Social Foundation Programs and are perfect for dancers of all experience levels.

🎭 Tuesdays at 7:00 PM – “Colors” Group Show Rehearsals

Students participating in our “Colors” Group Show will continue rehearsing throughout September as they prepare for their upcoming performance in Albany in Crossgates Mall on September 16th.

💜 Tuesdays at 7:45 PM – Bronze Foxtrot on 09/01, 09/08, 09/15
and at 7:00 PM on 09/22, 09/29.

Develop your Foxtrot technique in this progressive Bronze-level group class. Work on smooth movement, musicality, timing, footwork, and elegant partner connection while building your confidence on the dance floor.

Classes meet every Tuesday in September.

💜 Wednesdays at 7:00 PM – Bronze Bolero

Discover the elegance, romance, and expressive movement of Bolero in this progressive Bronze-level class. You’ll work on musicality, body movement, timing, connection, and beautiful patterns while continuing to develop your ballroom technique.

September classes: September 2, 9, 23 & 30
