Vincent has been teaching dance for the past 15 years, starting as a competitive coach for Cornell University and other New York colleges before becoming a teacher at Fred Astaire Dance Studios in 2014. Since working in Fred Astaire Dance Studios he has won numerous awards as a competitor and as a teacher in both New York and Florida, as well as being a top teacher in the Florida region since he moved here in 2017.
Vincent founded, coached, and taught competitive ballroom dance teams at multiple Universities in New York, with many of his former students now being award winning instructors in their own right. His notable achievements included winning the Ontario Championships in Open American Rhythm and Showdance categories, New York Regional Mixed Champion, Florida Regional Closed Smooth Vice-Champion, as well as being a finalist in numerous regional events in both American Smooth and American Rhythm.
