Jhondarr is an experienced actor, singer, and most notably, dancer. Driven by a deep desire to see others realize their potential and overcome personal fears, he takes pride in providing the best authentic experience possible, when teaching all levels of dancing. As the owner of Fred Astaire Dance Studios River Oaks, his main goal is to create an environment where all staff members get up everyday feeling excited to come to work and feel safe enough to be themselves while exploring their full potential as dancers, teachers, and unique individuals. In addition to his primary job functions, Jhondarr has been consistently recognized at the regional and national level by the Fred Astaire Dance Studios Company and the general Ballroom Dance community for his extraordinary commitment and achievements with his students. Gaining prestige as a top advanced teacher, and Dance Director, Jhondarr has been placed in the Top Five teachers in the country in the World Cup Teacher Series, having produced top national finalists and champions in numerous Junior, A, B, C, and Senior Pro/Am divisions. As a steadfast national competitor and lifelong student himself, Jhondarr is always looking to gain more knowledge and achieve greater heights personally through the powerful, forever evolving medium of dance
