In 1992, the pursuit of his dreams led him to St. Petersburg, where he enrolled as a student at the prestigious St. Petersburg Humanitarian University. Four years of relentless dedication culminated in an extraordinary achievement, graduating with honors in 1996 and earning a coveted degree in Professional Ballroom and Latin Dance Sport.
Embracing the dance world wholeheartedly, Vladislav’s expertise caught the attention of his peers, and in that same year, he assumed the role of a distinguished Ballroom Dance Sport Judge, an honor bestowed upon only the finest in the field. His insatiable hunger for knowledge and growth led him to pursue a post-graduate degree from the esteemed Lesgaft Academy of Sport in St. Petersburg.
Fate played its part when, in 1992, Vladislav’s dance journey intertwined with Karina Moskaleva, marking the inception of a captivating dance partnership that endures to this day, with their seamless performances gracing stages around the world.
In the pursuit of new horizons, Vladislav’s aspirations led him to the United States, where he joined the East Side Manhattan NY Fred Astaire Dance Studio as an esteemed instructor, sharing his artistry and knowledge with eager learners. In 2006, he embarked on a new chapter, relocating to Syracuse, NY, to fulfill his vision of spreading the joy of dance as the esteemed owner of a Fred Astaire Franchised Dance Studio.
With each step, his passion and skill garnered recognition, and in 2011, the Fred Astaire Corporate Office extended to him a prestigious opportunity. Vladislav embraced the role of Regional Franchise Developer for Pennsylvania, a role he tackled with unyielding determination. Within a remarkably short span, he played a pivotal role in establishing a studio in Wayne, PA, fueling his commitment to expanding and promoting the joy of ballroom dancing throughout the state.
Vladislav’s journey stands as a testament to the power of dedication, passion, and relentless pursuit of one’s dreams. With every graceful sway, he continues to enchant audiences and inspire countless individuals to embrace the artistry and elegance of ballroom dancing.
