My wife Christine and I were invited by our neighbors Terri and Matt to an open house night at the studio. We’re usually very busy and don’t make time to get out much but, we agreed and are so glad we did!!! We had a lot of fun learning a few different dances. The instructors Krystyna and Vitalii, were very good at explaining, demonstrating, and helping us to learn some basic dance steps to popular dances such as the Tango,Swing,Rumba,Salsa, and the Waltz. We don’t dance much and found that it was a lot of fun! We then went back for a very affordable private lesson and again had a lot of fun. We’re looking forward to going back really soon to get more professional, affordable, and easy to follow dance lessons and most importantly of all, to have a lot of Fun!!!

My soon to be husband and I went to Fred Astaire in Chesapeake for wedding dance lessons. In four lessons, we were able to choreograph a beautiful first dance that we can’t wait to perform at our wedding. Krystyna was a joy to work with. She is very knowledgeable and incredibly talented. She is warm and inviting, which was important to my fiancé and I since we have never taken dance lessons. Krystyna gave us several options for how structured we wanted the choreography to be, and more than a handful of different spins and other fun moves to incorporate throughout. This was truly the most fun part of our wedding planning and preparation. It was great to try something new and spend intentional time together leading up to the wedding. Highly recommend taking a class or two, even if you’re already married- plan a date night!

Excellent program. Outstanding professional Instructors: Vitaly and Krystena. Learned, practiced, and improved Foxtrot, Salsa, Swing, Rumba with my wife.
Fred Astaire Dance Studios has been an amazing experience from day one! The lessons are fun, the social events are a blast, and the instructors truly make learning to dance enjoyable. A huge thank you to Krystyna, who is such a talented, patient, and inspiring teacher. She’s made every step of the journey so rewarding. I even trust them now with one of the most meaningful dances of my life—my first dance with my daughter at her wedding. Highly recommend!
I've had some experience with ballroom dance lessons at 4 different studios (I'm a total two left feet dancer). All were great in their own way, but Vitalii and Krystyna were my best fit by far. They can teach at ALL levels...my beginner skill to high level competitors. Looking forward to getting back to lessons once I complete physical therapy!

We LOVE Fred Astaire! We took private lessons with Krystyna for our wedding and WOW! It was amazing. We loved it so much, we decided to continue dance lessons after the wedding and are planning to go to our first group class. You cannot beat the prices and it is a great date night. Learn a new skill with your significant other and get in a nice workout!
