Originally from Milwaukee, Phoebe has always had a passion for the arts. She earned her BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee in 2019. As well as performing on stage in college, Phoebe was a Resident Assistant for three years mentoring students in UWM’s Theatre, Dance, Music and Film programs. She has always been interested in the business and educational side of the arts and decided to shift her focus from performing to an administrative career. She has now been apart of Fred
Astaire for a little over one year.
