Vasylyna began her ballroom dance journey at the age of 12 in Bohorodchany, Ukraine. Her talent and dedication quickly became evident, and by just 16, she was already teaching ballroom dance to younger students, sharing both her knowledge and passion for the art.
In 2015, she earned her Master’s degree in Choreography and continued building her professional dance career in Kyiv before relocating to the United States in 2022. Shortly after, she joined Fred Astaire Dance Studios, where she has continued to grow as both a competitor and instructor.
Since moving to the U.S., Vasylyna has become a Rising Star National Finalist in American Rhythm, won Rising Star American Smooth at the CBC Dancesport Competition in Ohio, and earned Runner-Up in Open American Smooth at the Cleveland Dancesport Challenge. She is passionate about helping students discover the joy of dance, believing that every lesson builds confidence, skill, and self-expression. Whether working with beginners or competitive dancers, Vasylyna is dedicated to creating an encouraging and inspiring experience for every student.
