Group Class Descriptions
Legs and Feet
Legs and Feet is designed for our Bronze and above students. In this class Ms. Julia focuses on how to use your legs and feet to create better balance, leg action and power. This class is a great way to be introduced to these fundamentals to our new Bronze students and review for our more advanced students. This class is available Mondays at 6:40 pm and Wednesdays at noon.
This class focuses on techniques and characteristics used in the Smooth or Rhythm Dances. Ms. Rochelle focuses on a specific technique throughout the class to give the students plenty of time to gain muscle memory. These are advanced classes recommended for students on the Bronze Program and up. Join Ms. Rochelle on Tuesdays at 5:50 pm.
Upper Body Movement
This class is designed for our Bronze and above students. In this class Ms. Julia will focus on the techniques used to create good arm styling, body shaping and a more fluid upper body. This a great class for everyone from our social dancers that would like to add a little flair to their dancing to our top-level competitors. This class is available Mondays at noon and Wednesdays at 6:40 pm.
*Group classes are included with UNIT private lessons, if at least one unit lesson is taken during the same week, or group classes can be taken a la carte. If taken a la carte, group classes are charged per person. Group class teachers are subject to change without prior notice.
