Born in Houston, TX, and a Cy-Falls Eagle Alum, Steffany always had big dreams. Growing up in the performing arts, she did; Choir, Theater Arts, Musical Theater, Chamber Choir, Jazz, Tap, Hip hop, Contemporary, and some Ballroom dancing. She stayed active throughout her school years excelling in leadership positions like: Cheer Captain, Multiple Honor Societies, Student Council, Basketball Captain, Volleyball Captain, and Section Leader in Choir for a few examples. She has always enjoyed being part of a team, and being a spark to the team, and her team mate’s victories and accomplishments.

Her older sister, Tiffany, had moved through the Professional Fred Astaire system, and had contacted Steffany about a receptionist position available at the Memorial Studio in Houston. Steffany accepted the position thinking it was the perfect fill in job while she finished her College Career. Within the first 3 months she knew that she was never leaving the industry.

Proving that she had leadership qualities, she moved up quickly being a mentor and catalyst to the Memorial Studio Team’s success as one of the top studios internationally; as well as being awarded the prestigious “Texas Region Outstanding Top Executive Manager” award for 2015 and 2016.

In November of 2016 She moved to San Antonio to challenge herself on a new level as Co-owner of the Stone Oak Studio. She still has big dreams to widen her range of professionals that she can reach on a deeper level. “The moment that someone, Professional or Student, achieves something that they never thought possible is magical! The look on their face the instant they’ve realized their “impossible” goal is in reach, is the reason I wake up every morning,” Steffany explains why she loves what she does. She is grateful to FADS for providing a fun & challenging venue to exercise her passion for guiding people to becoming better versions of themselves.

Outside of the studio you can find Steffany painting, singing karaoke, hosting a game night, fishing, or trying new restaurants with her husband. Since leaving Houston, she finds herself back on her home turf regularly visiting and being an active & loving aunt to her nephew Lane and niece Rylee!

A few of her favorite sayings:

“There are always people out there who tell you, you can’t. What you have to do is turn around and say ‘Watch Me’.”

“There are no limits to what you can accomplish, except the limits you place on yourself.”
