Recently, we were at Channel 7 WXYZ, with Molly MacDonald, founder and leader of The Pink Fund, representing Dancing with the Survivors, a collaboration we have been proud to be part of for some time now.
We taped a segment about this partnership, and the cause we come together to support.
People keep asking for interviews and stories about the different causes we support. There are a lot of them – Jack’s Place for Autism, The Pink Fund, Dance Mobility and Dance for Amputees through the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan, and so much more.
If I can use my dance business and our talents to help our community then I am glad to do it.
Our Dance Mobility program for wheelchair dancers continues to grow with more than 50 people in wheelchairs coming through our dance program. The amputee dance program has been slow to catch on, but still we persevere, believing in the purpose behind what we do.
Cause marketing gives us exposure but also builds ties in with good and worthy causes. This helps us to be a business that people know for doing good things and helping members of our community.
Because I run a business that I love, it is an honor to share it with as many people as possible. I believe in the endorphin-promoting effects of dance. I love dancing. I want everyone to experience the joy and happiness that comes to you when you dance.
Which is why our cause marketing is a central part of our business approach.
