Our core values are derived from a lot of contemplation and consideration for what makes our company successful, and why we are continuing to grow after 15 years in business. Not a day goes by that we don’t love what we do. We look forward to sharing with you this incredible zest for our work as we continue to reach new heights and imagine new ways to improve the world through ballroom dance.
In this series of blogs, we’d like to introduce you to our Fred Astaire Dance Studios Michigan core values.
Core value #2 is that we are hard-working.
We’ll admit, it’s not an easy job to teach ballroom dance. To be a member of the Fred Astaire Dance Studios Michigan team, we must pull our own weight, help others, go the extra mile. Everyone on our team works hard, and they don’t complain.
Sometimes, we put in extra hours. Sometimes, we show up early for lessons, or stay late. We participate in competitions, partnering with students and cheering them on. We find time to fit someone in when they need or want an extra lesson. There are some very long days.
But this is more than a job for all of us. We love what we do, and we love helping people. So we do what it takes to get the job done right. Every time.
