We’re known for taking our instructors on trips to reward them for hard work, meeting goals, and growing the business. After all, we’re all in this together.
But this year, we’re taking a different approach. We are taking many of our teachers to the Fred Astaire National Convention in September in Washington, D.C. as a professional development opportunity.
There’s nothing better than connecting with other dedicated dance instructors, learning new strategies and techniques, and feeling like you’re a part of something significant and far-reaching. That’s why it’s a good investment to take our staff to our nation’s capital and immerse in a few days of learning what this company and our processes are all about.
Consider it an educational trip that is still rewarding them for work well done. Plus, if time allows, I’m sure we’ll make it an adventuresome trip like we usually do – take in some monuments or memorials, or maybe just bike ride through the Capitol.
After all, we are all in this together.
