BIO
Elizabeth received the John Monte Award of Excellence as an amateur competitor and never looked back. With her husband, Tad Joy, she co-owned the St Petersburg, Florida Fred Astaire Dance Studio for 25 years and maintained its excellence as one of the best studios in the country. She received numerous “Manager of the Year” awards and Freddy Awards. Her BA in Journalism/Advertising has always been a benefit in this business. While she loves the “ins and outs” of studio systems, she also had great success on the dance floor as both a pro/am competitor (both sides of the partnership) and a Professional competitor. Elizabeth is an undefeated FADS United States Smooth Champion and 3-Time Fred Astaire Dance Studio National International Ballroom Champion. Both styles while dancing with her husband, Tad. They were Fred Astaire Dance Studios Area Reps for Tampa Bay, FL for almost 10 years before wanting to concentrate on World Cup Series and Corporate. Elizabeth is a company stockholder, Board of Director and proud mom.
