Originally from Ukraine, In 2013 Mariya joined the Fred Astaire organization and is very grateful to be a part of this warm, welcoming, and growth oriented community .
Together with her partner Ilya Velednitsky, Mariya is a 15 times Fred Astaire Champion, Fred Astaire Showdance champion, 4 times Ohio Star Ball finalist, and 2 times United States Open Rhythm finalist!
She is very passionate about what dancing provides for people and loves developing professionals and amateurs and helping them grow and reach their full potential.
