The focus in our competitive classes is on choreography and precision. We are dedicated to helping our competing students prepare to the best of their ability before competitions.
The intricate choreography you’ll learn in our competitive dance CT classes are tailored to awe judges and give you the best chance at winning. While competitive dance requires more time commitment from dancers to train and perfect routines, many of our students find it extremely rewarding when entering the competitive dance arena. Having a stage to showcase the intricate moves they’ve learned in front of an audience with judges is a total thrill!

- Dance lessons are available in-person at our newly renovated location. We also offer online Zoom dance lessons.

Spotlight on QUICKSTEP! Quickstep comes from informal dance hall bands speeding up the slower version of the foxtrot. Immigrant communities across New York embraced this faster tempo dance, and it swiftly made its way to the mainstream and into the formal world of ballroom dance. Over time the Quickstep began to separate from the foxtrot.
