Sophia Massa is a classically trained ballet dancer, born in New York and raised in New Jersey. She began her ballet training at the age of three and has studied at some of the nation’s most respected institutions, including Ballet Academy East and Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet.
Throughout her training, Sophia earned scholarships to every school and intensive she attended—an achievement that reflects her dedication, discipline, and natural talent.
Sophia has also explored ballroom dance, training in both Latin and Standard styles. This additional experience has enhanced her musicality, coordination, and partner work, contributing to her overall versatility as a dancer.
In 2024, Sophia graduated from the School of American Ballet, where she spent five years honing her technique and artistry in the heart of New York City. Her broad foundation in dance and commitment to continual growth have shaped her into a well-rounded and expressive performer.
